In this highly customer-oriented position, you will focus on building strong relationships with targeted decision makers to penetrate and widen the scope of business opportunities for our clients. This is best achieved by identifying the correct contact for the initial lead development, gather intelligence on the target organization’s structure and documenting the gathered information, actions taken and subjective information in the contact record. Additionally, you will maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s business model while effectively performing the following duties:
Creatively manage contacts to move them into a positive relationship with your client
Apply interpersonal skills and intelligence to the art of collecting and capturing meaningful information for your client
Apply processes and training to facilitate the effective performance of responsibilities
Meet or exceed productivity standards for performance
Maintain high personal and professional standards of conduct and integrity
The ideal candidate we seek will possess the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or some college work
Strong work ethic and self motivated
Excellent follow-up, reading and writing skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to place and take 100 phone calls per day
